Celine Dion’s former estate in Hobe Sound, Florida, remains one of the most extravagant celebrity homes ever built, known for its unique integration of a private water park, luxury design, and personal touches that reflect the singer’s family-oriented lifestyle.

Celine Dion and her late
husband René Angélil purchased the land in 2008 for an undisclosed sum and
quickly set about creating what would become a one-of-a-kind mansion.
Inspired by their love
for the Bahamas, the couple designed a home that combined resort-style luxury
with all the comforts of a family residence. Spanning 18,800 square feet, the
estate boasts 13 bedrooms and 20+ bathrooms, as well as a 4-car garage, tennis
courts, a beach house, a golf simulator, and two separate guest houses. The
heart of the home, however, was the waterpark, which became the property’s

was born on March 30, 1968, in Charlemagne, Québec, a little town 50 kilometers
from Montréal. She was the 14th child of Thérèse Tanguay and Adhémar Dion.

family was a humble one of modest means, but never lacked for love. The house
was jam-packed with children, and Celine’s mom even had to lay her littlest one
to sleep in a drawer.
